1. No Returns After Delivery

Due to the personal-use nature of skincare products:

  • Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.
  • Used, opened, or tampered products cannot be returned.
  • This ensures every item shipped is safe, sealed, and fresh.

2. Replacement or Refund for Damaged / Incorrect Orders

We offer replacements or refunds only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Your package was missing items upon delivery

To file a claim:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send photos of the product, packaging, and invoice via email or WhatsApp
  • Our team will respond within 2–3 business days

Note: Claims made after 48 hours will not be eligible.

3. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • For COD orders, we’ll request your UPI or bank details
  • COD fee is non-refundable

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
  • After 2 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted
  • Eligible cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days
  • COD convenience fee is non-refundable
