1. Delivery Timeline

• Orders are delivered within 4–7 business days from dispatch.
• Delivery may vary due to location, holidays, weather, or courier delays.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
• Orders below ₹499 may include a nominal shipping fee shown at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD available at select locations only.
• Additional COD fee of ₹50 applies and must be paid in advance.
• Orders without COD fee payment will not be processed.

5. Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier partners. Tracking details will be sent via email or SMS after dispatch.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

• Please ensure accurate address and contact details when ordering.
• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

7. Undelivered Packages

• If undelivered due to refusal, unavailability, or wrong address, the order may be cancelled.
• For prepaid orders, any refund will exclude shipping and COD charges.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
